Release and Renew - Cord Removal Bath/Tea

Cord removal blend - 6 oz.
Paired with 2 oz. black walnut hull, for bath.

Cord removal and severing ties is serious work. We can end our connections in the physical, yet the energetic bonds we have to each other linger. People can remain attached to you for years. This negative soul charge and energetic residue stays with us until we make the conscious decision of cleansing and renewing our sacred vessels.

Black Walnut as the active ingredient, for cutting and clearing what no longer belongs. It makes the final death announcement, especially regarding connections of romantic/sexual nature. This herb does not come to play, so you must be intentionally ready to release those ties.

All other herbs included are womb/gut supportive, and potent in clearing stagnant energy, calling in vibrations of protection and renewal: chamomile, plantain leaf, rosemary, motherwort, hyssop, and rose. This blend can be used for bath, tea, and yoni steam. Both men and women will benefit from this blend.

Instructions:
- Be very intentional and use visualization, this will make your ceremony much more powerful.
- It is important to shower first, as the physical body should be cleansed before any ritual work.
- Steep herbs med-low, for 15-20 min. Black Walnut Hull should be boiled separately, 30 min. Only distilled water or spring water should be used. No flouride water in herbs.
- Run lukewarm bath water. Mix herbs in with tub. Say personal affirmations and prayers 7x over herbs while mixing.
- Allow bath to simmer about 15 min.
- Submerge self into bath, soak at least 15 min, no more than 30.
- Repeat affirmations out loud, while soaking.
- When finished, pour some ritual water over head, using a cup or bowl, sealing in the cleansing.
- Do not rinse off, do not towel dry - air dry only.
- Cover crown with white cloth or headwrap, or wear white clothing, to invite the energies of purity and renewal.
- Ask your higher self and Ancestors to guide you through this transition.
*Blend is good for 2-3 baths.

Suggested Affirmations, however you are free to use your own:

- I now banish and remove all energetic attachments. All energies and entities that have been causing tension and disruption in my life, are no longer welcome; and are now banished from my body and spirit.

- I sever all cords and attachments that do not serve my highest good.

- As I cut the ties to you, I honor my space and set myself free.

- I release what's no longer serving, and call all of my energy and power back to me, cleansed and returned with new vitality.

- Only that which is mutually beneficial remains.
